Terms & Conditions

I hereby grant permission to Auxiliary Organizations Association its officers, employees and agents the right to Audio/Visual images or any type of recording, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips or accompanying written descriptions. I agree that the Auxiliary Organizations Association owns the images and all rights related to them. The images may be used in any manner or media without notifying me, such as AOA-sponsored web and social media sites, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters and PPT slides, as well as for non-AOA uses.

General

The full conference registration fee includes: Attendance at all general, super and concurrent sessions; Sunday evening reception and banquet; Breakfast, and lunch, on Monday; Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday; Breakfast on Wednesday. A special rate has been established for those individuals who only wish to attend the annual banquet on Sunday evening.

On Site Conference Registration will be available/accepted on a "space available basis" based on current facility capacity.

Payments

Payment must be received prior to the close of the registration period to receive the applicable registration rate.

Conference Attendee Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All conference attendee requests for cancellation or substitution must be made in writing and received at the AOA office by Friday, December 30, 2016. A processing fee of $50.00 will be applied to each cancellation or substitution request made by December 30, 2016. Cancellation requests received after December 30, 2016 are not eligible for refunds. Substitution requests received after December 30, 2016 may only be done on-site at the conference and will have a $50.00 processing fee applied. No shows are not eligible for a refund.

Business Partner Sponsorship Cancellation Policy

All Business Partner Sponsorship requests for cancellation of their AOA conference sponsorship must be made in writing and received at the AOA office by Wednesday, November 30, 2016.

A processing fee equal to 15% of the conference sponsorship amount will be applied to each refund request made by November 30, 2016. Cancellation requests received by September 30, 2016 will receive a full (100%) refund less a 15% processing fee. Cancellation requests received between October 1, 2016 and October 31, 2016 will receive a partial (75%)refund less a 15% processing fee. Cancellation requests received between November 1, 2016 and November 30, 2016 will receive a partial (50%) refund less a 15% processing fee.

Cancellation requests received after November 30, 2016 are not eligible for refunds.
