DESCRIPTION:TOPIC: “Research Collaboration on Large Projects” \n\nLarge research projects often include multiple CSU campuses and other institutions. The assembly of the project teams\, the development of the grant proposal(s)\, and the management of the award(s) of such projects pose special challenges to research administration. At this workshop\, we will hear from a few project leads and an affinity group on their engaging large project teams successfully and the challenges they face.
