Position Summary
OC Choice Catering is seeking a dynamic, experienced and professional Catering Service and Events Manager to join our team! The Catering Service and Events Manager must thrive on providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable events and know how to lead others to do the same. Duties also include assisting the Executive Chef with hiring, training and leading our service staff. Objectives like increasing business and other results will be achieved through analysis, sharing of monthly data with the team and implementation of objectives.
